With over 10 years of experience in healthcare and a strong foundation in Public Health, our Director brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and compassion to the organisation. She is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that respects the dignity, independence, and individuality of every client.
As Director, she leads with integrity and a clear vision, ensuring that all services are delivered with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. Her approach focuses on empowering individuals, supporting families, and tailoring care plans to meet each person’s unique needs and preferences.
She is passionate about raising standards within the care sector and fostering a culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Outside of her leadership role, she remains dedicated to promoting wellbeing and helping families feel confident, informed, and supported in their care choices.
